Administration und Betreuung der internen IT-Infrastruktur sowie Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen und Kunden bei IT-technischen Fragen rund um unsere Software-Lösungen

 - Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows-Servern und Windows-Clients
 - Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Gruppenrichtlinien
 - Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerk-, Firewall- und Sicherheitsumgebung
 - Überwachung, Pflege und Optimierung der Systemlandschaft
 - Durchführung von Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen
 - Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
