## About the Role

Sie bringen einen guten Abschluss einer Uni oder FH mit, oder verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung.
Sie bringen mindestens 5-8 Jahre Erfahrung in personalwirtschaftlichen Prozessen mit, sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von SAP Projekten im Umfeld von SAP HCM PY mit
Dabei verfügen Sie sowohl über gute technische, wie betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse mit einem Payroll Fokus.
Erfahrungen im externen Consulting, und / oder im Sales oder Presales wären von Vorteil.
Sie bringen eine geringe Reisebereitschaft mit (ca. 10%), der Großteil der Position kann aber remote ausgeführt werden.
Sie sprechen Deutsch und Englisch mindestens auf dem Level B2-C1.

## Description

Konzeption von neuen und verbesserten Prozessen, Architekturen und IT Lösungen für die Plattform SAP HCM mit einem Schwerpunt Payroll.
Erstellung von Machbarkeitsanalysen und Kostenschätzungen.
Design von Lösungen und Erstellung von Angeboten inklusive fachliche Leitung des gesamten Proposalprozesses.

Mitarbeit in Projekten, sowie Leitung von Projekten und Ausbildung von Junior Consultants.
Organisieren und Steuern von Anwenderworkshops.
Ziel in dieser Rolle soll zudem sein: Aufbau und später Leitung eines Teams erfahrener SAP HCM Professionals.
