 * Beratungskompetenz und Freude daran, Kunden durch technische Entscheidungen zu führen
 * Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region
 * Teamorientiertes, zuverlässiges Arbeiten und Lust auf komplexe technische Fragestellungen
 * Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit sehr guten Deutsch- (Level C1 oder höher) und Englischkenntnissen (Level B2 oder höher)

## Description

Je nach Erfahrungs- bzw. Spezialisierungslevel können Sie verantwortlich sein für:

 * Planung, Design und Implementierung von VCF-basierten Plattformen für unsere Kunden
 * Aufbau und Konfiguration zentraler VMware-Komponenten wie vSphere- und vSAN-Cluster sowie NSX-basierte Netzwerk- und Security-Strukturen
 * Bereitstellung und Konfiguration des VCF Operation Fleet Managers inkl. Lifecycle-Management, Workload Domain-Deployments und Plattform-Upgrades
 * Konfiguration von Plattform Services wie Password Management, Certificate Management oder Identity Federation
 * Analyse und nachhaltiges Troubleshooting in komplexen VMware- und Netzwerkumgebungen unter Einsatz relevanter Tools (z. B. VCF Operations for Logs und VCF Operations for Networks)
 * Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung technischer Konzepte (Architektur-Designs, Betriebsmodelle, Migrationspläne, Sicherheitskonzepte)
 * Durchführung von Workshops zur optimalen Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der Kundenplattformen
 * Begleitung von Projekten über alle Phasen, von der Vertriebsunterstützung über die technischen Analyse und Architektur, bis zur produktiven Umsetzung
