## About the Role

 * Idealerweise verfügst Du bereits über Erfahrung in den Bereichen Access Management, Berechtigungskonzepte oder Identity & Role Management (IRM)
 * Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und überzeugst durch eine hohe konzeptionelle Stärke
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab

 * Be an early applicant, * Als Senior Cyber Security Engineer (m/w/d) analysierst Du bestehende Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, führst Risikoanalysen sowie -bewertungen durch und leitest geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen ab
 * Du entwickelst das Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystem (ISMS) nach ISO 27001 sowie Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Standards und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter
 * Du stellst die Einhaltung von Compliance-Anforderungen und Security-Standards sicher und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Standards wie SOC 2
 * Du erstellst und pflegst Sicherheits-, Prozess- und Systemdokumentationen und sorgst für eine einheitliche Standardisierung
 * Du entwickelst Berechtigungs- und Zugriffskonzepte weiter und unterstützt im Bereich Access Management sowie IRM-Rollen
 * Du berätst interne Fachbereiche und externe Partner zu Themen der Informations- und IT-Sicherheit
 * Du unterstützt die Absicherung der Windows-basierten IT-Infrastruktur sowie cloudbasierter Services wie Microsoft 365 und AWS
 * Du führst Awareness-Maßnahmen und Schulungen zur Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden durch
