 * Im Bereich Identity & Access Management fühlst du dich sicher und weißt, wie Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung professionell aufgesetzt wird.
 * Mit Microsoft Security & Compliance bist du vertraut und kannst entsprechende Richtlinien und Maßnahmen eigenständig umsetzen.

SPRACHKENNTNISSE

 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab - mündlich wie schriftlich.

 * On-site, * Unsere Microsoft 365-Umgebung inkl. SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams und OneDrive betreust, optimierst und entwickelst du kontinuierlich weiter.
 * Das Firmen-Intranet gestaltest du aktiv mit und treibst dessen Weiterentwicklung voran.
 * Sicherheit und Compliance hast du stets im Blick: Du entwickelst und implementierst die notwendigen Richtlinien und Strukturen für einen vertrauenswürdigen Betrieb.
 * Über Entra ID / Azure AD verantwortest du die Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung und pflegst Rollen sowie Zugriffsstrukturen.
 * Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Prozesse gezielt, z.B. mit Power Apps und evaluierst proaktiv neue MS-Innovationen und Features.
 * Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst du interne Fachbereiche zu Kollaborationslösungen, führst User-Schulungen durch und stehst im 1st-/2nd-Level-Support zur Verfügung.
