## About the Role

* A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration with professional experience, or a bachelor's degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics, business administration, or a comparable field
 * Strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment and experience working with relational databases, ideally Oracle
 * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks, IT security, monitoring, and backup and recovery
 * Ideally, initial experience in the energy industry, control system technology, IoT, or programming/scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
 * An analytical and solution-oriented approach to work, a strong aptitude for numbers, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to work independently
 * Interest in a position of responsibility and the motivation to learn new areas-we offer comprehensive onboarding and opportunities for professional development
 * This position is also suitable for entry-level candidates and career changers who wish to develop their skills or specialize in this field

## Description

* Design (system design and architecture), setup, and operation of servers/systems and business applications
 * Optimization, support, and further development of business applications and business processes
 * Liaison between business units, IT, and software developers
 * "Digitalization of the Energy Industry": Optimization of the Entire Value Chain
 * Optimization and scheduling of renewable power generation plants
 * Participation in an attractive, rotating on-call and weekend duty schedule
