## Description

* Aufbau und Betrieb eines unternehmensweiten Centers of Excellence für Microsoft Power Platform und Copilot Studio
 * Entwicklung und Etablierung von Governance-Prozessen sowie Lifecycle-Management für Apps, Flows und Bots
 * Konzeption und Entwicklung interner KI-Assistenten mit Copilot Studio, unter anderem auf Basis von QM-Dokumenten und Richtlinien
 * Umsetzung komplexer KI- und Automatisierungslösungen mit Microsoft Foundry und Agent 365
 * Aufbau eines Citizen-Development-Programms für Klinik- und Zentralbereiche
 * Durchführung von Schulungen, Sprechstunden und Lösungsreviews für Citizen Developer
 * Bereitstellung wiederverwendbarer Templates, Konnektoren und Sicherheitsstandards
 * Integration der entwickelten Lösungen in Microsoft 365, Azure-Dienste und bestehende Fachanwendungen
 * Verantwortung für Nutzungs-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsmonitoring inklusive Reporting
 * Förderung des Wissenstransfers und der sicheren Nutzung von Low-Code- und KI-Technologien
