A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
More than 5 years of experience in software development or IT environments, coordinating project teams and managing IT projects in global or multicultural environments
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
Knowledge of IT service management best practices (ITIL)
Experience working with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow (SNOW), or HPSM
Ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones
