This role serves as the primary manager responsible for overseeing Data Use Agreement (DUA) workflows, Privacy Board activities, user support, analytic output review, training, requirements tracking, and public-facing website operations in support of the NIH Data Access Program. The Program Manager works closely with federal leadership, technical teams, researchers, and cross-functional support staff to ensure effective, timely, and compliant execution of all required activities for technical support and user engagement.
