* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z. B. in Informatik, Rechtsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbar

* Strategische Entwicklung und Modellierung von Risikokonzepten im Datenschutz- und Governance-Umfeld
 * Integration innovativer Methoden (z. B. KI-basierte Compliance-Tools) in Data- und Privacy-Systeme
 * Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Checklisten, Richtlinien und regulatorischen Vorgaben
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Schulungskonzepten zu Datenschutz- und Governance-Themen
 * Steuerung von Eskalationen bei regulatorischen Fragestellungen und Graubereichen
 * Entwicklung risikobasierter Frameworks unter Berücksichtigung technischer und rechtlicher Anforderungen
 * Kommunikation mit Behörden sowie Begleitung und Steuerung von Audit- und Prüfverfahren
 * Bearbeitung operativer Themen im Datenschutz sowie im Daten- und Informationsrecht
 * Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und praxisorientierten Arbeitshilfen
