Helfen bei der Verwaltung unseres Mail-Systems Microsoft Exchange 2019
Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten zur Verbesserung der IT-Infrastruktur
Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung von Systemen und Arbeitsabläufen
Kommunikation mit externen Anbietern von Hardware und Software
Erlernen und eigenständige Umsetzung der IT-Infrastrukturüberwachung, inklusive der Konfiguration und Installation von IT-Systemen
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen im IT-Bereich
