Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten in Active Directory
Dokumentation der Supportfälle und Erstellung von IT-Report
Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team bei der Implementierung und Wartung neuer Systeme und Technologien
Unterstützung der internen Mitarbeiter bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
