SAP HR Consultant (m/w/d) Für ein Unternehmen mit internationalem Umfeld suchen wir einen SAP HR Consultant (m/w/d) zur Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden HR-Systemlandschaft. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf SAP HCM mit Fokus auf Personaladministration, Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie Projekte zur Digitalisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen. Die Position bietet einen hohen Remote-Anteil und flexible Teilzeitgestaltung. Aufgaben

 * Betreuung und Administration der SAP-HR-Systemlandschaft
 * Sicherstellung des Betriebs von Personaladministration, Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft
 * Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von IT- und HR-Projekten
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zu internen und externen Systemen
 * Unterstützung von HR-Abteilungen, Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
 * Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern und Entwicklungspartnern
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung bestehender HR-Prozesse
 * Einführung und Integration neuer HR-IT-Lösungen
