## Description

Als Teil des Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Wartung und Funktionsfähigkeit der Telematikinfrastruktur-Anwendungen. Sie diagnostizieren Systemfehler, führen Updates durch und unterstützen bei der Lösung von Anwendungsproblemen. Zudem arbeiten Sie eng mit anderen Teams zusammen, um innovative IT-Lösungen umzusetzen.

Aufgaben

 * Sicherstellung der Wartung und Funktion der Telematikinfrastruktur-Anwendungen

Planung und Durchführung von Infrastruktur- und Anwendungsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams
Umsetzung von Anpassungen und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen, Lösung von Anwendungsproblemen
Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Interessengruppen
Überwachung der Systeme, Durchführung von Fehlerdiagnosen sowie Installation und Test neuer Softwareversionen
