## Description

* Betrieb & Weiterentwicklung: Du sicherst den reibungslosen Betrieb und optimierst kontinuierlich unsere gesamte IT- und OT-Infrastruktur.
 * Administration: Die Betreuung von Netzwerken, IT-Sicherheitslösungen, Server-Infrastrukturen sowie der Büro- und Produktions-IT liegt in deinen Händen.
 * Support & Troubleshooting: Du unterstützt die Instandhaltung bei der Störungsanalyse in der Produktion und bearbeitest kompetent Anfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support (inklusive Mitarbeit im standortübergreifenden Helpdesk).
 * Projekte & Dokumentation: Du arbeitest motiviert an spannenden IT-Projekten sowie Digitalisierungs- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen mit und pflegst die technische Dokumentation.
