## About the Role

Strong experience in ICT Service Desk, Desktop Support, End User Computing or Digital Workplace environments
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 enterprise environments
Proven ability to deploy, configure and manage endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle
Good understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID user administration
Hands-on experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and workplace technologies
Familiarity with IT Service Management tools, preferably Jira Service Management
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within an international team
Fluent English, both written and spoken
The following would be considered an asset:
ITIL Foundation certification
Microsoft certifications
Dell Certified Technician
CompTIA A+
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
SAP inventory management experience
Knowledge of structured cabling and networking hardware
Experience in Space organisations or other highly regulated environments

## Description

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for incidents, service requests and user enquiries
Support Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
Deploy, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals
Perform hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics and basic repairs
Manage user accounts and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Support device provisioning using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Manage hardware inventory, asset lifecycle activities and equipment replacement
Support meeting room technologies, printing services and end-user workplace equipment
Handle and resolve tickets using IT Service Management processes
Maintain and contribute to knowledge base documentation
Support remote users through Microsoft Teams, VPN and collaboration tools
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues while delivering excellent customer service in an international environment
