## Description

* First- und Second-Level-Support für interne und externe Kund*innen bei technischen Fragen und IT-Problemen, Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen via Telefon, E-Mail oder Remote-Zugriff
Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Betriebssystemen sowie Anwendungssoftware
Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
Durchführung von Hardware-Austausch und -Upgrades sowie Netzwerkdiagnosen
Dokumentation von Anfragen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem sowie Eskalation komplexerer Probleme an den Third-Level-Support
Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten zur Optimierung der internen Systeme
