 * Strong understanding of automotive after-sales operations and dealer ecosystems.
 * Experience leading enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
 * Experience integrating SAP with:
 + Salesforce Service Cloud / Field Service
 + Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
 + External warranty/adjudication platforms
 * Working knowledge of:
 + IDocs
 + APIs
 + Integration architecture patterns
 + Middleware platforms such as Workato
 * Strong stakeholder communication and leadership capabilities.
 * Ability to mentor teams and drive cross-functional solution alignment.
