Experteer Overview As Staff Software Engineer, you will design and optimize Pinterest's batch processing platform at scale. You'll work with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into robust infrastructure and lead initiatives that improve reliability and performance. You'll mentor junior engineers and shape architecture for high-throughput data systems. This role combines cutting-edge big data tech with collaboration across groups to enable scalable, efficient data processing at hundreds of petabytes. You'll work in a model that blends in-office collaboration with flexible, remote-friendly practices, guided by Pinterest's AI-driven approach.
