## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Systems Engineering Section within the Huntsville SE Branch, balancing people leadership with ongoing technical commitments. You'll manage a small team of direct reports across programs, align career growth with branch needs, and maintain staffing visibility. You'll represent the team in interviews, onboarding, and performance discussions while collaborating with technical supervisors to ensure delivery quality. This position offers a meaningful impact on defense programs and the opportunity to shape a high-performing, cross-functional engineering group.
