## Description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations for public sector clients, guiding design and delivery while aligning with compliance and stakeholder needs. You'll drive high-quality documentation, manage cross-functional impacts, and support change management to achieve successful adoption. You will collaborate with HR, security, reporting, integrations, and post-go-live stabilization to deliver scalable Oracle solutions. This role combines strategic design with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.
