Preferred Qualifications * ITIL v3 certification; CCNA or CCNP. * DHS or CBP contract experience., * Must have favorably passed a full five (5) year background investigation (BI) required by CBP policies and procedures for employment prior to beginning work with CBP. ## Description CWS seeks a Network Program Manager (PM) to manage and lead the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) Network Operations Center (NOC) contract. The Network Program Manager serves as the senior program lead responsible for all contract execution, management, and performance reporting.
