## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 * 3+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
 * Strong experience with:
 * C# and .NET
 * ASP.NET Core
 * Entity Framework Core
 * Angular
 * SQL Server
 * REST API Development
 * T-SQL and Stored Procedures
 * Experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
 * Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
 * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

 * Experience working with distributed teams across onshore and offshore development models.
 * Proven success working in a high-performing Agile environment utilizing Scrum or related methodologies.
 * Exposure to or practical experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies, including:
 * Microsoft Copilot
 * ChatGPT
 * Claude
 * AI-assisted software development tools
 * Prompt engineering concepts
 * Experience integrating AI capabilities into business or development workflows.
 * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based environments.

This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives supporting digital transformation and innovation across the organization., * Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level web applications and APIs.

 * Build scalable and secure applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and Entity Framework Core.
 * Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services to support business applications.
 * Create, maintain, and tune SQL Server databases, including complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
 * Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to improve application performance and stability.
 * Perform code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
 * Support application modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
 * Document technical designs, development activities, and operational procedures., * Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
 * Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
