The successful candidate will also manage the configuration of all processes, steward their direct personnel and resources, and identify improvement opportunities that boost efficiency and rigor. This role will champion a culture of growth, alignment, strategic thinking, and collaboration across the organization. This position will be based full-time on-site in **Linthicum, MD** near the Baltimore area.
