This is a hands-on, bench-level role requiring technical proficiency with enterprise server and workstation hardware, BIOS/UEFI configuration, firmware management, RAID setup, and drive provisioning. The role bridges technical execution with leadership, requiring skills in cross-functional collaboration, project management and strategic problem solving.
