* 4+ years in IT product, functional analyst, or architecture roles with requirements definition and delivery
 * Bachelor in Information Technology or related field
 * Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) environments and data governance
 * Ability to translate complex processes into precise functional requirements
 * Strong communication with business and technical teams in a multicultural, distributed setting
 * Experience managing concurrent functional workstreams
 * Ability to read, write, and validate API specifications (REST/SOAP) and interpret SQL for traceability
 * Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight)
 * Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for documentation and tracking
 * Fluent English (written and spoken)

## Description
