Qualifications4+ years of experience in data science/advanced analytics with proven delivery in workforce planning, people analytics, or financial planning domains.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with notebooks and data frameworks (e.g., pandas, PySpark) and version control (Git).
Hands?on experience with time?series forecasting, optimization, simulation, and/or causal methods; ability to link model outputs to business decisions.
Experience in BI and data visualisation (PowerBI) and data storytelling for executive stakeholders.
Experience integrating data from People & Culture and operational systems; strong data modelling and data quality mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business actions.
Machine?learning knowledge is a plus.
