## About the Role

* Create standardized application packages for Windows and macOS using AdminStudio, PSADT, Intune Win32 Wrapping, and Jamf

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field; or equivalent hands-on experience

 * Perform compatibility validation, lab testing, pilot deployment, and production rollout

 * Certifications in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune) or application packaging tools preferred

 * Maintain centralized application catalog with version control and lifecycle tracking

 * Demonstrated experience with Windows 10/11 application lifecycle management; macOS/iOS packaging exposure desirable

 * Monitor deployment success rates, remediate failures, and provide compliance reporting

 * Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting

 * Support knowledge transfer and documentation during transition and steady state

 * Analytical mindset with ability to identify deployment issues and recommend solutions.

 * Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
