## About the Role

* 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in AI/ML development.
 * Strong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
 * Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.), LangChain, and RAG architectures.
 * Experience building AI-powered applications using vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
 * Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, model evaluation, and fine-tuning.
 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AI services.
 * Expertise in developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
 * Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.
 * Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
 * Strong understanding of software design, scalable architectures, and Agile methodologies.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Banking or Financial Services experience.
 * Experience with AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI.
 * Knowledge of Spark, Databricks, or distributed data processing.
 * Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
