Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $77,800 - $153,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $102,200 - $169,900 per year. ## Description At Microsoft's Operations Service Center, we have a passion for customers, partners, and technology. As a member of the Cloud Services Operations team, you will support and execute cloud processes across multiple Go-To-Market motions. This role is focused on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant transaction execution while supporting the scale of AI and custom Azure workloads. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cloud transactions are processed efficiently, and escalations are resolved effectively., Interfaces with Engineering, Launch, Sales, Finance, and Support organizations to execute cloud operations across modern and legacy sales motions. Responsibilities include transaction management, escalation support, and contributing to process improvements that enable consistent and reliable operations supporting AI Partner Customers and custom Azure motions.
