A qualified candidate must already possess an active or interim security clearance. A candidate with especially strong, relevant experience but no active security clearance may still be considered, but work start would be dependent upon a new Secret clearance being awarded. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, or similar field. * Six (6) years experience leading analysis teams. * Four (4) years experience in operational research, operations analysis, applied math, and statistics. * Excellent analytical problem-solving skills. * Experience in the use of analytical software tools such as Matlab, Statistical Analysis Software, and Microsoft Excel. * Proficient with common productivity software, including the Microsoft Office suite. * Excellent communication skills., What's your highest level of education completed? This information simply helps us better understand your career path and goals. ## Description * Evaluate warfighting gap technical solutions using MOEs/MOPs across warfare areas and quantifiably prioritize their suitability and feasibility. * Conducts statistical trend analysis on sensor, systems, weapon and countermeasure data across warfare areas and ascertain system performance against warfighting requirements. * Investigates the validity of probabilistic models and algorithms manifesting as capabilities in proposed warfighting gap solutions. * Ensures the design and execution of M&S studies meet the specified objectives. * Communicates prioritized suitability of warfighting gap solutions in oral and written formats to representatives of naval commands, engineering labs, and program offices. * Provides insight during ad hoc workshops and conferences and responds to statistical queries of systems performance. * Supervises the performance of other analysts and data engineers., Please briefly explain your work history over the past five years, including the reason(s) for leaving each position.* How many years of relevant professional experience do you have?
