Experteer Overview In this role you will lead software development across the full lifecycle, focusing on Java-based, object-oriented solutions within a medical device context. You will drive modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted testing and automated quality analysis, and you will own end-to-end interfaces, testing strategies, and design reviews. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, implement, and validate features while ensuring regulatory compliance. This position offers impact through shaping software that supports patient care and regulatory standards at scale.
