Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a portfolio of distributed backend projects and mentor engineers to deliver cloud-based solutions that meet regulatory needs. You will work with cross-functional partners to build scalable microservices, primarily on AWS, and stay at the forefront of technology trends. You will influence architectural decisions, coach peers, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative engineering culture. This position offers a chance to shape Capital One's transformation and impact millions of customers.
