You'll collaborate with product, research, and engineering to craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals within the Design System. You'll apply research and accessibility standards to ensure usable, accessible experiences and deliver strong design assets on schedule. This role offers impact by improving everyday employee experiences across onboarding, benefits, and performance.
