Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph., This position is ideal for an experienced systems integration leader with deep knowledge of GEOINT TCPED architecture, enterprise systems engineering, and Digital Engineering/Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices., * 18+ years of experience leading systems engineering, systems integration, architecture, and technical analysis efforts across the full system lifecycle. * Extensive experience designing, analyzing, documenting, and integrating complex IT or enterprise systems. * Expert-level experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community acquisition processes and/or PPBES. * Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational engineering and integration initiatives. Education Qualifications: * Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another STEM discipline (18+ years' of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.) Years of experience: * 18+ years of directly relevant experience with HS diploma, Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree or higher Desired Qualifications: * Extensive knowledge of the GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) Architecture. * Experience supporting the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) environments. * Knowledge of enterprise modernization initiatives, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Multi-Cloud architectures, and Edge Computing. * Experience with Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, processes, and methodologies. * Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. * Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification(s). * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to senior stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and lead multi-agency integrated project teams. * Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams., * Ability to work onsite in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environment, as required * Ability to collaborate effectively with government customers, technical teams, and cross-functional partners * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing * Ability to operate standard office equipment and remain in a stationary position for extended periods * Ability to analyze requirements and contribute to technical solutions in a mission-driven environment * Ability to manage assigned tasks and deliver quality work under deadlines * Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop technical recommendations * Ability to contribute to systems engineering, integration, and evaluation efforts across the lifecycle * Ability to support technical planning, risk identification, and system improvement initiatives * Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives in a fast-paced environment * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines * Ability to comply with all security requirements, including handling classified information in secure environments Position Type: Full-Time Shift: Day ## Description * Lead enterprise-wide systems integration efforts across NGA Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and Mission Partners. * Serve as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders on integration strategy, architecture modernization, and enterprise transformation initiatives. * Establish partnerships across organizations to drive synchronized integration planning and execution. * Lead high-visibility integration projects from concept development through Transition to Operations (TTO). Architecture & Engineering * Lead architecture gap analyses and development of future-state enterprise architectures. * Perform engineering assessments, trade studies, Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), and Courses of Action (COAs) to support strategic investment decisions. * Analyze enterprise baselines and ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, architecture, interfaces, and system capabilities. * Capture and translate mission and customer needs into technical requirements and integrated solutions. Digital Engineering & Technical Leadership * Drive adoption of Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies. * Develop integrated project plans, CONOPS, target-state architectures, roadmaps, and engineering documentation. * Lead cross-functional Integrated Project Teams supporting GEOINT modernization initiatives across Analytic, Collection Management, Data Services, Foundation GEOINT, and IT domains. * Define and improve modern systems integration processes using Agile, Digital Engineering, AI, and industry best practices. * Mentor engineers and integrators while identifying new opportunities to expand team capabilities and support customer mission needs.
