Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related field, or equivalent experience. + At least 4 years of combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: instructional design, adult learning principles, Section 508, supporting learning solution programs, preferably for health care information technology (HCIT) with a major healthcare organization or large-scale IT transformation project. + Experience working in regulated or federal environments preferred. + STRONG preference for candidates with **Cerner Solution experience-Millenium, First Net, Pharm Lab, etc.** + Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. + NOTE: While very little travel-up to 25%, candidate must be willing to travel when required. ## Description Join a high-impact Agile team supporting one of the nation's largest electronic healthcare modernization programs. As a Learning Designer and Developer (IDD), you independently assess, design, develop, and maintain learning solutions that support the adoption of a large-scale Federal electronic healthcare program.
