Preferred Qualifications * Prior Homologation, Certification, or Regulatory Compliance experience. * Experience supporting emissions testing programs. * Background in: + Design Release Engineering + Calibration Engineering + Emissions Engineering + Vehicle Testing + Regulatory Compliance * Familiarity with ADI or similar testing and data management tools. * Experience working directly with testing laboratories and witness testing activities. Success Factors * Strong attention to detail and follow-through. * Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and engineering organizations. * Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn new regulations and processes. * Comfortable working in a hands-on testing environment. * Ability to manage schedules, priorities, and shifting program demands. ## Description We are seeking two engineers to join our Homologation Engineering team supporting emissions testing, certification, and compliance activities. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing emissions testing programs from planning through execution, ensuring testing activities are completed on schedule and aligned with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive engineering, emissions, calibration, design release, compliance, or a related discipline and enjoy working in a fast-paced laboratory environment with cross-functional teams.
