* Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Apex development and Salesforce platform administration.
 * Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, including object management, page layouts, forms, validation rules, and field-level security.
 * Experience designing, modifying, and maintaining Salesforce forms and related configurations.
 * Strong knowledge of managing user profiles, roles, permissions, and service accounts.
 * Proficiency in writing and optimizing SOQL queries, including relationship queries and performance tuning.
 * Experience troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
 * Ability to gather business requirements, communicate technical concepts clearly, and provide regular project status updates.
 * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

 * Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and platform configuration.
 * Strong programming skills using Apex.
 * Advanced knowledge of SOQL, including complex queries and query optimization.
 * Experience supporting and enhancing Salesforce-based enterprise applications.

## Description

* Administer, support, and maintain the organization''s Salesforce Workforce application to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
 * Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, defects, and production support tickets.
 * Design, configure, enhance, and maintain Salesforce forms, objects, and related components.
 * Implement and manage field-level security, validation rules, profiles, permissions, and access controls.
 * Develop, modify, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and other custom Salesforce components.
 * Create, optimize, and maintain SOQL queries to support application functionality and reporting requirements.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver system enhancements.
 * Provide regular progress updates, document completed work, and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
