Technical and delivery skills * Ability to translate issues into actionable analysis for technical teams (ABAP, CPI Integration Suite). * Comfortable with TM monitoring tools/logs, interface/error handling, and Batch job monitoring . * Strong stakeholder management and communication in a fast-paced operations environment., * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). * 5+ years (typical) SAP logistics experience with meaningful depth in SAP TM. * Transportation domain experience (parcel/LTL/TL/ocean/air) preferred. Nice-to-have * Exposure to 3PL ,SAP EWM , CPI or advanced analytics/reporting for logistics. * Experience with rate management, complex charge calculation, and carrier contract processes. * SAP TM certification. Success measures (typical AMS KPIs) * SLA attainment, reduced planning/execution disruptions, lower repeat incidents through RCA. * High-quality releases with low defect leakage; improved stakeholder satisfaction and measurable process efficiency. ## Description Serve as the primary functional consultant for SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) in an Application Management Services (AMS) model.
