HIGHLY PREFERRED * Prior executive or VIP support experience preferred. * Proficiency troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows 11 and macOS. * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and enterprise endpoint management tools. * Experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf Cloud. * Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom) and conference room AV setups. * CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification. * Experience using an ITSM platform such as ServiceNow. * Strong customer service orientation with a polished, executive-ready presence and excellent communication skills. *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The Senior Technician serves as the primary on-site technology resource, delivering high-touch, reliable support while maintaining a professional executive-ready presence. This role is primarily focused on desktop and device support, with a working knowledge of AV and collaboration tools to assist with executive meeting environments.
