## About the Role

We need a ServiceNow candidate with 9 10 years of experience, who is highly proficient in the RSM/ESM module, 9 10 years of overall ServiceNow experience.

 * Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management).
 * Experience with RSM (Retail Service Management) or ESM (Enterprise Service Management) implementations.
 * Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and workflow development.
 * Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOA integrations, and Service Portal.
 * Good understanding of Incident, Case, Knowledge, Catalog, and Service Request management.
 * Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
 * Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
 * Experience in Agile/Scrum environments., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
