In this role, you will partner closely with Legal, Legal Operations, Finance, Sales, GTM, Procurement, Security, and IT to design, implement, and optimize legal systems and workflows that support a fast-growing, complex organization., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Legal Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 5+ years of experience supporting Legal Systems, CLM platforms, or enterprise workflow tools, with hands-on experience in Ironclad strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and legal operations workflows. * Experience configuring workflow automation, approvals, templates, and permissions in CLM systems. * Experience with GenAI driven automation and how AI agents or workflows can accelerate system migrations, data mapping, or support processes in a Legal context. * Experience with system integrations and APIs. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with legal and non-legal stakeholders. Preferred: * Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or procurement platforms. * Experience with SOX, data privacy, and information security controls. * Experience with automation tools or process optimization.
