This role ensures that application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and works closely with end users to resolve technical issues and improve system functionality., * Obtain information on application design and functionality to propose solutions to end users. * Respond to client inquiries concerning software operation and troubleshoot system software and operator complications. * Monitor routine and critical processes and workflows to proactively identify problem trends. * Assist with application implementations and configuration. * Perform root cause analysis and provide technical solutions to production-related application errors. * Conduct application testing in various environments. * Deploy service releases, patches, requests, and customizations. * Ensure work is thoroughly reviewed and checked by a senior associate., * Purchase any product, service, or gift cards from us or for us as part of an application, interview, or selection process. * Provide sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers or banking information.
