Provide Level 2 support for enterprise business applications, resolving escalated issues and ensuring reliable system performance through the Bank's FreshService ticketing platform. Work closely with the Service Desk to deliver timely and accurate resolution of application-related incidents. Collaborate with business line Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review vendor release notes, identify relevant enhancements, and coordinate their implementation. Partner with vendors and development teams to understand release schedules and assist in prioritizing fixes and improvements. Review business processes with SMEs to ensure applications are effectively integrated and aligned with operational needs. Support senior team members to build knowledge and ensure coverage across the application stack. Support the full application lifecycle, including upgrades, patches, and migrations, while maintaining platform compliance and introducing new features. Assist with the implementation of application integrations by coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders to help ensure integrations are properly planned, tested, and aligned with operational needs. Develop relationships with third-party vendors and help maintain upgrade schedules across supported applications.
