## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a 10-20 person software team to deliver the full SDLC in an Agile setting for mission-critical systems. You will collaborate across software, systems engineering, test and DevSecOps to meet program objectives and use Agile metrics to drive quality and progress. This position combines technical leadership with functional oversight and reports to both the Enterprise SW IPT Lead and the Software Department Manager. The role offers growth in a high-impact, cross-functional environment with a clear mission to advance software for critical defense programs.
