## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for the Compensation & Pension product line within the VA. You will shape end-to-end cloud-based enterprise designs and ensure alignment with VA enterprise standards in a SAFe environment. You will lead design, documentation, and release planning while coordinating with VA stakeholders. This position emphasizes clear technical storytelling and strategic planning to support government software development and sustainment efforts.
