Experteer Overview As Director, you lead delivery and solution architecture for complex payer-focused engagements within Optum Advisory. You guide cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to achieve measurable client outcomes. You will apply AI-enabled approaches to improve solutioning, delivery, and reusable capabilities while moving engagements from concept to final implementation. This role offers high-impact work at scale within a mission-driven organization that enhances health data flow and payer-provider alignment. You will work remotely with a focus on delivering value and growth.
