Duties As an Application Development Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications that power critical Department of Licensing services. Using your expertise in application development, software architecture, databases, web services, and systems integration, you will provide both technical and people leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions. Working closely with business partners, technical teams, and agency leadership, you will guide complex projects, resolve technical challenges, establish development standards, and ensure your team delivers high-quality applications that support the agency's mission.
