 * Strong OO skills and applied knowledge of software design patterns
 * Excellent skills and considerable experience in interpersonal relationships including managing, motivation, and setting policies for technical staff
 * High developed skills in written and verbal communications, ability to work in high pressure production environments, manage to budget, manage to schedule and ability to working with senior management
 * Knowledge of Design Patterns and Best Practices
 * Able to read, write, speak, understand and satisfactorily communicate with others in English in person, over the phone and via email, * Ten (10) years of experience including
 * Three (3) years of working experience leading a team using Agile Methodology
 * Five (5) years of experience with SQL Server 2008+
 * Five (5) years of experience leading and/or managing application development efforts with at least two (2) year in a supervisory capacity.
