* 4+ years of IT support, help desk, or IT operations experience
 * Strong A/V and conference room technology experience
 * Experience with Jamf or other MDM solutions
 * Knowledge of Okta or other identity management platforms
 * Experience with automation tools and workflow creation
 * Strong MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android support skills
 * Experience supporting executive stakeholders
 * Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Jira/Atlassian tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

 * Jamf certifications
 * Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
 * Experience in hybrid or multi-office environments
 * ITIL or service management knowledge

## Description

We're hiring an IT Support Engineer II to support end users, maintain workplace technology, manage onboarding/offboarding processes, and improve IT operations through automation. This is an onsite opportunity in New York, NY with a growing health tech organization that values innovation, collaboration, and exceptional customer service., * Support and troubleshoot conference room A/V technology

 * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning
 * Maintain hardware inventory and asset tracking
 * Support MDM platforms (Jamf or similar)
 * Build and maintain IT automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Okta Workflows
 * Provide high-touch support to executives and internal employees
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
 * Document processes and improve support operations
